We use a structured triage model based on clinical urgency.
Urgent concerns: we aim to contact within 24 hours, with appointment availability typically within 24-72 hours when clinically appropriate.
Routine concerns: we aim to contact within 48 hours, with appointment availability typically within 5 business days when clinically appropriate.
Emergencies: call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
You will have access to your care team. Depending on the concern, this may include:
Your physician
Nurse practitioner
RN/NP triage support
Dedicated care coordinator
After-hours access is intended for urgent medical concerns that cannot safely wait until the next business day.
Coverage is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM, with 24-hour coverage on Saturdays and Sundays.
Calls are reviewed by an RN or NP. An NP or MD may be contacted when clinically appropriate.
Routine and administrative messages will generally be addressed through the Tebra Patient Portal during the next business day.
This includes scheduling, referrals, forms, billing, prior authorizations, and routine result questions.
Yes. Medication refill requests may be submitted through Tebra at any time.
Routine refill requests received after hours will generally be processed during the next business day. Submitting a request after hours does not guarantee an immediate refill or clinician callback.
No. An NP or MD may be contacted when clinically appropriate.
The care team may determine that your concern can be addressed through guidance, next-business-day follow-up, an urgent appointment, urgent care, or emergency evaluation.
Our first goal is education. The care team will review appropriate use with the member.
Continued non-urgent use may result in a written reminder and, if the pattern persists, review of whether the concierge program remains an appropriate fit.
Your membership provides enhanced access, but all care is based on medical appropriateness, clinical judgment, and provider availability.
The membership does not include:
Office visits and medical evaluations
Labs
Imaging
Medications
Vaccinations
Procedures
Specialist visits
Hospital care
Emergency care
These may be billed to insurance or offered through self-pay options when applicable.
Concierge care delivers the most value when you are actively engaged in your health. We encourage members to participate in recommended check-ins, preventive planning, and follow-up care.
If your needs change, membership is month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Any unused portion of your membership will be prorated.
