Accepting New Patients
Throughout his hospital career, Dr. Jafrey managed complex, high-acuity patients, gaining firsthand insight into how many serious conditions could be prevented or better managed with earlier, more proactive care. This experience now shapes his approach to primary care—focusing on prevention, early intervention, and whole-person health. He works closely with patients, particularly those with complex medical histories and chronic conditions, to develop personalized, evidence-based care plans that support long-term health, resilience, and quality of life. His goal is to help patients stay ahead of illness, not just react to it.
